Criteria used for the web content to be understandable and navigable, and to ensure compliance with rules of the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) include the following.
The pages have been created on the recommendation of W3C XHTML 1.1.
The visual design and layout are governed by the W3C recommendation on Cascading Style Sheets Level 2. (CSS2).
In case that the browser does not support style sheets, the content of the pages will continue to be readable through the semantic structure.
For quick access to different sections of the website, there are keyboard shortcuts that are displayed by the ToolTip of each section, and can be found in table that follows . Activation of shortcuts depends on the browser used. * Internet Explorer 5 and above: combining key "Alt" + number + "Enter". * With Safari, Firefox ou Netscape 6 and above: combining key "Ctrl" + number.
